Yes machines have RNG but casino's can manipulate the machines on their payouts in their favor, they'll never admit it but it's true. After all it is a business and the house will always win, some casino's understand making their patrons feel important will keep them walking through the doors. If they also realize keeping them playing for hours on end winning and or losing very little they'll buy food and drinks which essentially makes them money.

This actually made me decide to go ahead and book a vacation at Plaza. I’ve only stayed at CET properties because I’m Seven Star and flights, rooms, food ect is all free. But I haven’t been happy the last few years with how much the food prices are on the strip. Even more at Ceasars LV. I don’t do fancy dinners ect, so for me I don’t want a $50-75 lunch. I prefer the buffets and casual dining. I had been going back and forth on trying a weekend at the plaza. And the super bingo sold me! 😜 that’s definitely something I can’t do at my local.
